Ingosstrakh signed agreement with Statoil Nefto worth Rub 147 mln
Ingosstrakh signed agreement with Statoil Nefto for Rub 147 mln. Insured objects included 6 fuel servicing stations, owned by Statoil Nefto and located in Murmansk, Mochegorsk, Apatity and Kandalaksha.
Insurer provides all-risks (including terrorism) and damages insurance to hazardous industrial facilities. In addition, high-risks professional staff of Statoil Nefto is insured against accident on duty. Ingosstrakh also provided CMTPL insurance to company’s vehicle fleet.
Other three federal insurers participated in the tender.
Ingosstrakh cooperated with Statoil Nefto since 1999 and settled three claims with total amount of Rub 600,000.
Statoil Nefto Ltd, (www.statoil.ru) is the largest supplier of quality fuel and lubricants of STATOIL in Murmansk region. All fuel servicing complexes are solely owned and managed by company. Company was established by Norwegian state concern STATOIL NORGE AS.
OJSIC Ingosstrakh (www.ingos.ru) operates in international and domestic insurance market since 1947. The company is one of the leaders in the amount of premium from voluntary non-life insurance.

Total amount of direct insurance and reinsurance premium collected by OJSIC Ingosstrakh, IC Ingosstrakh-M Ltd, and IC Ingosstrakh LMT Ltd for 2005 amounted to Rub 30.9 bln, 53.8% more than in 2004. Claims settled accounted for Rub 13.9 bln. Assets increased 30.4% and totaled Rub 33.1 bln. Equity capital – Rub 6.5 bln as of January 1, 2006.
