Conference was devoted to problems in real estate market and mechanism of providing Russian citizens with accessible housing facilities – mortgage issues, construction, finance and real estate insurance at the different construction stages.

Representatives of Administration of the President, Ministry of Economic Development and Trade, Federal Agency for Construction and Housing and Communal Services participated in the conference. Anastasiya Magdazhinova, Director of Ugoria Department for property and liability insurance reported on Ugoria’s performance.

OJSC State Insurance Company Ugoria was established in 1997. Department of state property on behalf of Government of Yugra, Khanty-Mansi AD – is the sole shareholder of the company.

Authorized capital amounts to Rub 1.233 bln. Ugoria is licensed for 72 insurance classes and reinsurance.

In 2005, company collected Rub 3.837 bln of premium, 159% up comparing to 2004, and paid Rub 1.441 bln of claims, 77% increasing 2004 indicator.
